Canadians across the country are pledging through #MyPledge to support the 26th McHappy Day on May 8.
On McHappy Day, $1 from every Big Mac®, Happy Meal® and hot McCafé® beverage goes towards Ronald McDonald House Charities® Canada (RMHC®) and other local children’s charities.
New this year, guests can also purchase an item from the exclusive McHappy Day x Peace Collective collection at participating restaurants, with all proceeds going to RMHC and children’s charities nationwide. Every purchase helps families stay together while their child is being treated at a nearby hospital.
Canadians, alongside notable media personalities like Kaitlyn Bristowe, Kevin Wendt and Fred VanVleet, have shared publicly using #MyPledge how they will support one of the country’s largest annual charity drives. From buying Big Mac sandwiches for every customer at a local restaurant to sporting the new Peace Collective x McHappy Day gear, there are more ways than ever to pledge and participate in McHappy Day. Every pledge counts.
Guests who cannot make it into a restaurant but want to contribute can order the McHappy Day menu items through McDelivery with Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes where available.
