This year for Mental Health Awareness Week, the Canadian Mental Health Association wants us all to GET LOUD.

CMHA’s Mental Health Week is an annual national event that takes place from May 1 to 7. The mission of this annual event is to encourage people from all walks of life to learn, talk, reflect, and engage with others on all issues relating to mental health.

This is the 66th CMHA Mental Health Week and it promises to be louder than ever before. This year’s focus is on ending wait times for mental health care. Too many Canadians are placed on wait-lists for the care and services they need. As wait times for individuals continues to grow across Canada, CMHA continues to champion for mental health and the needs of individuals. They deliver programs and services to over half a million Canadians every year.
