Be prepared when a life is on the line.
In celebration of Heart Month, County of Simcoe Paramedic Services, in partnership with the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, is hosting a Save-A-Life Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillation training course on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Bradford Community Centre.
Those participating will receive instruction in a Level A course, which includes adult and child CPR, choking emergencies and use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
While there is no cost to attend, participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items for donation to the local food bank.
