A 28-year-old Barrie man is facing a total of 68 charges after an ongoing and collaborative investigation executed at a storage facility in Innisfil on Monday, September 9
by members of the Barrie Police Drug Unit, assisted by the Ontario Provincial Police, yielded a number of firearms and drugs.
After obtaining additional search warrants, police were able to seize large quantities of cocaine, cannabis, crystal methamphetamine and heroin that contained fentanyl that were destined for the streets throughout Simcoe County.
Police also seized six high-end motor vehicles, including three Mercedes Benz’s, an Audi, a BMW and a 2019 Toyota Tundra pickup truck.
The accused has since been remanded in custody after he was arrested and appeared in court for a bail hearing.
