Third times a charm in Innisfil for HSO Christmas List

The Huronia Symphony Orchestra (HSO) is back in Innisfil this Christmas, a third year in a row for their eight years strong, annual Christmas List. The community event that brings together music and youth, is expected to sell out and also runs a program in Barrie. Bobby Charlton loves golf, in particular, playing and collecting balls. The 68-year-old retired resident of Collingwood, Ontario, Canada has been playing recreationally for 30 years. Barrie among cities OK’d to sell marijuana at LCBO

By Perry Lefko Barrie is among the 14 cities the Government of Ontario has identified that will have stand-alone cannabis stores by July, 2018. The Ministry of Finance and the Liquor Control Board of Ontario announced on November 3 where recreational marijuana will be sold. The news was the latest announcement as part of the federal government’s plan in April, 2016 to legalize the sale of cannabis by July, 2017. The provinces were assigned the task of forming their own distribution system.
